Scratch Brains Institute – Terms & Conditions for Teachers
1. Professional Commitment
- Once engaged with the Institute, the Teacher shall not independently start or operate a language institute or business of the same nature.
- The Teacher may continue working in the same profession (as a language trainer/educator), but must not establish or promote a competing institute while engaged with the Institute.
2. Restriction on Employment
- The Teacher agrees not to leave the Institute for at least one (1) year after engagement, except with prior written approval from the management.
- Sudden discontinuation of services without reasonable notice, especially in the middle of an ongoing student course, will be considered a breach of contract.
3. Confidentiality of Fees & Financial Matters
- All fee structures, payment policies, and financial matters are strictly confidential.
- Teachers are not permitted to discuss student fees with students or with any third party.
- Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of association.
4. Communication with Students
- Direct sharing of personal contact details with students is strictly prohibited.
- All communications shall be conducted through official Institute groups/platforms, which include management, teachers, and students.
- Any attempt to bypass official communication channels or engage directly with students without management’s knowledge will be considered a serious breach of trust and privacy, leading to disciplinary and legal action.
5. Institute’s Rights
- The Institute reserves the right to take appropriate legal or disciplinary action against any Teacher found violating these Terms.
- The Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms with due notice to Teachers.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana.
