Scratch Brains Institute – Terms & Conditions
1. Course Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the prescribed fee for the selected course(s).
- Students may choose any language offered by the Institute, subject to availability.
2. Fee Validity
- The fee paid is valid for one (1) year from the date of enrollment.
- Students may take classes at any time during this one-year period, subject to the Institute’s class schedules.
3. Non-Refund Policy
- All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once payment has been made, the student is not entitled to claim any refund under any circumstances, unless the Institute itself declines to provide classes.
- If the Institute is unable to provide classes for any reason, only then will refunds or adjustments be considered at the discretion of the management.
4. Class Scheduling
- Students must schedule and attend classes in consultation with the Institute’s timetable.
- Missed or unattended classes will not be compensated unless prior approval is obtained from the Institute.
5. Student Responsibilities
- Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior during all classes.
- Any misconduct may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
6. Institute Rights
- The Institute reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel classes due to unavoidable circumstances.
- The Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with notice to students.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana.
